Dr. Steve Hoseong Yang, MD PhD FAAD is the only American Board of Dermatology certified, full time, permanent dermatologist in Guam and a former professor at the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Dr. Alyson Brinker is a certified dermatologist physician who received her medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine.

Genelyn Paz, PA-C
Genelyn served admirably for 20 years in the active-duty Army, culminating in her retirement as a Combat Veteran. Returning to Guam, her home, Genelyn is committed to continuing her service by providing compassionate care to our island community. Genelyn's extensive background includes rigorous training through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program, leading to her attainment of a Master's in PA Studies from the esteemed University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 2007. She is also a proud alumna of JFK and UOG. With expertise spanning Family Medicine, Military Medicine, Health & Wellness, Urgent Care, and Veteran Care, Genelyn's dedication to excellence is evident. With her recent completion of the Diplomate Fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Genelyn is poised to offer specialized care in both Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology, ensuring her patients receive top-tier treatment.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Genelyn actively engages in volunteer work, contributing her time and skills to various non-profit organizations dedicated to island beautification, medical outreach, and disaster preparedness. In her leisure moments, Genelyn finds joy in dancing and beach outings, embracing the vibrant culture and natural beauty of our island home. We are privileged to have Genelyn Paz join our team, and we look forward to the invaluable contributions she will make to enhancing the health and well-being of our community.
Igor Siniakov, MD FAAD
Dr. Igor Siniakov, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical and procedural dermatology, with advanced expertise in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in 2005, completed his dermatology residency at the University of Michigan, and subsequently completed a fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Siniakov provides comprehensive care for a broad range of dermatologic conditions, with particular expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and other skin lesions. His training in dermatologic surgery and Mohs micrographic surgery allows him to provide specialized surgical care while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, precision, and effective outcomes.
His professional background also includes experience as an EMT and registered nurse prior to becoming a physician, contributing to his broad clinical perspective and patient-centered approach.
